Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Ritzy Solutions containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via email or download links within one working day. Ritzy Solutions is confident that our products will meet the needs and expectations of all of our customers. To ensure customer satisfaction, Ritzy Solutions offers a free 14-day trial period prior to purchase for evaluating our products. We recognize, however, that in rare circumstances, there may be a need to return these software products after purchase. Consequently, within thirty (30) days of purchase, if a customer is dissatisfied for any reason, Ritzy Solutions will either exchange the product or refund the purchase price. Prior to processing your return request, you must deactivate any active licenses.
